Immunizations are given at well baby/physical visits.
Walk-in immunizations are available (if up to date on well child visits):
Monday through Friday: 9 AM - 4 PM
Walk in immunizations are not available on Saturdays.

Birth - Hepatitis B
2 months - Pentacel (DTap-IPV-Hib), Prevnar 13 (pneumococcal conjugate), Rotateq (rotavirus)
3 months - Hepatitis B
4 months - Pentacel, Prevnar 13, Rotateq
6 months - Pentacel, Prevnar 13, Rotateq
9 months - Hepatitis B
12 months - Prevnar 13, Hepatitis A, MMR, Varivax (chickenpox)
15 months - Pentacel
18 months - Hepatitis A
4 years - DTap, IPV (polio), MMR, Varivax
11 years - Tdap, HPV9, Menactra (meningitis)
12 years - HPV9 #2 (if series not completed beforehand)
16 years - Menactra, Meningitis B
17 years - Meningitis B #2 (if series not completed beforehand)
Influenza vaccine is recommended every year, starting at 6 months of age.
Children under age 9 who are receiving their first influenza vaccine are recommended to have two doses separated by four weeks during that first influenza season.
